What does reserving in store actually do?
It holds the price the store offered you for 48 hours and gives you a one-time code. Show the code at the counter to get that exact price.
When is my saving verified?
After the store redeems your code and you independently confirm what you paid. ValueWise then records the saving against the frozen online benchmark.
The store refused the price on my code. What now?
Raise a request below with the code. We check the store's record, and repeated refusals cost the store its place on ValueWise.
Who handles returns and warranty?
The shop or brand you bought from, exactly as with any normal purchase. Your ValueWise deal keeps the bill reference so you can prove the price and date.
